Job Introduction
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the HR & OD function and provide strategic direction across the council.
Cultivate a sustainable workplace culture, drive organisational performance, develop a high performing team, and ensure employee well-being.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligning with the council’s goals and objectives.
Lead HR change/transformation projects.
Demonstrate ethical and professional integrity, excellent problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Work collaboratively to drive organisational success.

Package Description
Salary: up to £65,786pa
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Hybrid Working)
