Join the HR team of a London based insurance firm as an HR Operations Specialist initially on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and making process improvements.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Use Workday to create HR Dashboards and gather data
Review the employee life cycle and associate takes; make improvement suggestions and opportunities for automation where possible
Document and process map HR tasks and make recommendations on opportunities for improvements
Use Workday to pull reports and use the analysis of data to provide recommendations
Review the HR team reporting requirements and create reports to achieve these
Complete monthly/quarterly metrics
Support on other projects and tasks
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Previous HR experience within Insurance or another FCA regulated business
Strong knowledge and experience of Workday
Strong analytical skills
Process improvement skills and experience making recommendations and decisions
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract based in London. The organisation has a hybrid working policy and the successful candidate will be required to be in the office 3 days per week.
