Paritas are partnered with a subsidiary of a leading multinational Manufacturing and Industrial firm. We are now looking for a Human Resources Operational Lead with transitioning, L&D, and onboarding experience to join the team to tackle a global project on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The project is a global transformation project across Information System organization specifically for Vacuum Technique and will require the successful candidate to lead, implement, and execute elements relating to the transformation plan.
The HR Operations Lead will focus on the transition of the people into their new roles while onboarding them successfully with the correct L&D in line with the project alignments. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Agile methodologies and is SAFE certified.
