Planet Pharma have partnered with a global biotechnology company assistant them with the search for an Interim HR Operations Manager for an initial 12-month homebased project (UK).
Role summary:
The Human Resources Operations Manager is key to the management of people processes and data across Europe and New Markets. You will support the HR team by participating in the design and management of the workflows supporting Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner activities, as well as partnering with teams such as IT, Finance and Legal
Requirements:
HR Operations Experience in the EMEA
Through understanding of Swiss Labour Law
Fluency in English and German
Strong working knowledge of Workday
