School HR Officer Job Summary:
Onboarding, and induction for new employees
Recruitment responsibilities including posting advertisements, arranging interviews and ensuring complete candidate compliance with safeguarding guideline i.e. DBS checks
Alleged misconduct investigations
Management and Maintenance of all employee records
Performance and Absence Management
Furthermore, a strong School HR Officer Candidate will be a trustworthy and mature individual, capable of handling sensitive, confidential information in a proper manner.
School HR Officer Job Requirements:
CIPD Qualification level 3 or 5 minimum (level 7 is highly desirable)
Experience within HR school environment
Proficiency in IT software such as SIMS and Microsoft Office Programs
UK university degree is desired
