Together, the pair had created the perfect balance between taste and technicality, quickly cementing their reputation as industry leaders in eyewear.Using the finest raw materials, each individual frame is handmade by experienced craftspeople in its owns factory in Cadore, within the Italian Dolomites.Today, the proudly independent eyewear brand has 6 flagship store locations in London, Bath, New York, Los Angeles and Toronto and is stocked in over 2000 Wholesale accounts in 50 countries around the world, and online at www.cutlerandgross.comThe Role:Cutler and Gross is seeking a skilled and experienced Human resources officer to join our small Head office team based in Angel Islington. The position is to oversee all UK based staff including office and retail staff. The ideal person will have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.Reporting to the CEO.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & onboarding – coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Ensure all new staff receive correct induction and orientating plans.Employee relations – serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries. Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.HR Administration – Maintain employee records and HR database. Prepare and process HR related paperwork, employment contracts and change of status forms plus termination forms.Policy Development and Compliance – Assist in developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Training and Development – Identify training needs with line managers ad co ordinate employee training programs.
