We are seeking an HR Officer ready to play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies. The role:
Run the HR arm (with support) of the business
Streamlining HR policies and recruitment processes
Overseeing employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit
Providing day-to-day HR advice and managing employee relations
The person: Solid HR experience, ideally in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
