With membership of the CIPD or equivalent experience, your primary focus will be to provide advice and support on absence and capability related issues to managers and to case manage absence cases to conclusion. With an understanding of relevant employment legislation, you will have good written communication skills and interpersonal skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You will be able to prepare and present capability reports at relevant hearings.
This post is permanent full-time, and you will work 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available in this role.
