The Company
Join a Multi-Site Food Manufacturing business dedicated to delivering quality products to tables across the nation. This role will be looking after their Lincolnshire site with circa 170 staff, working closely with the Central HR team based in Derby.
The Role:
As a stand-alone HR Officer, you'll be the backbone of the HR department, responsible for a wide range of tasks crucial to maintaining an exceptional workplace environment. Your day-to-day activities will include:
Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
Guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
The Person:
We're looking for a dynamic individual with:
Experience in HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.
Comfort in dealing with a range of complex Employee Relations cases within a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
Qualified (or working towards) Level 3 to 5.
