The Role:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the people strategy, ensuring the well-being and professional growth of their dedicated team. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and professional development. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution
and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices

Qualifications and Experience:
experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in an educational setting
knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations
interpersonal and communication skills
to work independently and as part of a team
qualification or equivalent is desirable
