Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities
1、Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
2、Full scope of HR duties and responsibilities (operational and strategic level) – talent management, organisation design/succession planning, performance management, compensation management, employee engagement and training development
3、Work in conjunction with HQ HR to drive the European business unit
4、Plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns and successfully onboard new team members
5、Undertaking HR administrative tasks (including, but not limited to – payroll, employment agreements and benefit administration); in parallel with HR strategic/higher level operational planning
6、Write HR policies and procedures in line with local labour law
7、Keep up to date/advanced knowledge of local labour law
Qualifications
1、Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2、5+ years' experience in Human Resources
3、People focused and a can-do mind set
4、Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and adapt/plan accordingly
5、Strong knowledge of European labour law
6、Experience of working with multi-region employees beneficial – particularly other European countries and local labour law
7、Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, under minimal supervision.
8、Comfortable performing everyday transactional tasks alongside the strategic tasks that this role will dictate.
8、Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9、Previous line management experience is desirable
