The ideal candidate will:
Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities include:
Hiring, onboarding, and training new team members as scheduled.
Conducting staff appraisals and managing their performance.
Ensuring that all staff are trained and following their career development plans.
Writing and filing required reports on a timely basis.
Attending scheduled conferences and networking meetings to build industry relationships.
Achieving targets for office unit as required by its business plan.
Meeting with clients for business development.
Approving all client contracts and negotiating service billing rates.
Ensuring that branding policies and guidelines are strictly followed.
Attending executive meetings as scheduled.
Person Specification:
Must be an excellent self-manager of time, tasks, and targets.
Must be an excellent team player.
Exceptional computing skills in WORD and EXCEL.
Appropriate CIPD/IOS certification required.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must have 2-5 years experience as HR Manager.
Must have a BA degree.
