Boyden UK Human Resources Manager
Boyden have been retained to assist in the appointment of a UK Human Resources Manager for an international bespoke complete systems provider.
The Role
Based in the East Midlands and reporting to the CEO for the UK and functionally to the Region HRBP, the HR Manager is responsible for coaching and consulting the leadership about HR matters and leading the UK’s HR agenda in conjunction with the global HR strategy. The role will focus on developing an employee-oriented culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, retention, and high performance to help reach business goals. This is a generalist HR Manager role and an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in their field.
We're searching for candidates with:
Up to 5 years of experience in HR Management role / experience in recruitment and/or training and/or development specialist roles. Preferred experience in HR role at services and/or sales departments in an international context.
Knowledge of the key principles of employment law, compensation, employee relations.
Data literacy and business acumen / ability to interpret KPIs and budgeting.
Ability to work with HR ERP (SAP-SF or Oracle).
