Job DescriptionBlair West are delighted to be supporting an exceptional North East engineering and Manufacturing Group in their search for a HR Manager. This is a newly created role in the business that is embarking on an exciting period of growth.The opportunity:Working with the SLT to develop a HR strategy in line with the business 5 year plan.Recruiting for a variety of roles across the group, creating talent pools, utilising talent platforms and creating an effective recruitment strategy.Looking after the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.Harmonising of all policies and process across the business.Lead on all ER issues.You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:A strong and experienced HR Manager.Experience and feels comfortable in a stand-alone role.A keen idea to making an impact within the business.CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.Our commitment:Blair West is an equal-opportunity employer.
