Human Resources ManagerOur client is a fast-growing developer and operator of Renewable Energy projects, with an operational portfolio of close to 1GW of Solar and Onshore Wind assets across the UK and Ireland. They have significant investor backing and are looking to build to a 2.5GW portfolio by 2026.We are therefore looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager to play their part in this growth journey by working across the full spectrum of HR Management.We are looking for an analytical, flexible HR professional who will build strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of a dynamic and varied business.Prior experience within Renewable Energy sector not required.Role ResponsibilitiesWorking with leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiativesNurture a positive working environment and culture, including leading the annual engagement surveys and managing employee communication and feedbackManage recruitment processes and lead new started onboarding and inductionSupport compensation framework and annual comp & benefits review processOversee implementation and operation of talent and performance management systemsAssist and advise leadership and team members on HR policy, practice, procedures and issuesEnsure legal and regulatory compliance across HR managementAdminister HR-related paperwork such as employment contracts, new starter packs, etcKeep leadership team informed of news or events that impact the wider companyContribute to ad-hoc special strategic projects across various areas of the organisationManage general office facilities and act as the point of contact for office-related queriesDesired Skills & Experience 4+ years’ experience in a Human Resources role ideally with experience as HR Business PartnerPreference for Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management; Level 7 beneficialAble to foster a healthy, inclusive and collaborative workplace environmentExperience developing and improving HR policies and practices Good working knowledge of UK law and HR best practicesExcellent communication skills and able to build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the businessStrong time management skills, able to work across multiple projects at onceExperience overseeing general office management including liaising with service providersHigh level of proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools, and able to pick up new software and systems quicklyFlexible, adaptable team player looking to make a real impact across the companyClick to apply if you have an up-to-date CV or alternatively, email ##### to arrange a confidential, exploratory chat.Human Resources Manager
