Job DescriptionCarbon60 are looking to recruit an HR Manager in Portsmouth on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months. This is a great opportunity to join a small in an organisation of just 250 employees, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of work and work directly with the Chief Executive. Location: Portsmouth Pay Rate: £20.57 Per Hour - £39,576.68 Per Annum Contract: Temporary ongoing – minimum of 6 months The Role: As HR Manager you will work directly with a range of departments developing HR solutions in respect of the business needs of the departmentsYou will have the opportunity to work with directors and other senior managers in service departments honing your skills to support the wider transformational agenda.you will use your influencing skills to achieve the right outcomes for service departments.You will work with services to help them diagnose issues and enable them to focus on outcome.You will also help them to navigate what might be complex employee relations matters dealing personally with these where required. The Successful Candidate: Relevant HR Qualification and CIPD MembershipUnderstanding of the principles of change managementExperience working in a HR Managerial RoleThe ability to quickly gain the trust and confidence of othersHave the independence and confidence to stand alone and express your own views, even if unpopular
