Job Description: Human Resources Manager - UK & Europe
We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager - UK & Europe who will manage employee relations cases for our office locations, retail stores, and counters across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and Netherlands. This is a hybrid role based out of our London office.
What You’d Be Doing in This Role:
Work with the Human Resources Director on escalated matters
Investigate employee grievances as well as cases on discrimination, harassment, and other employee relations allegations in conjunction with Human Resources Director as needed
Collaborate with the Human Resources team on the initiatives of creating local policies/procedures (Employee handbooks) and working with legal locally to create compliant employment agreements and various initiatives as assigned
Ensure DECIEM's policies are implemented in accordance with the company's vision, mission, and strategies as well as local labour laws
Provide consulting support in areas of change management, teambuilding, conflict resolution, performance management, progressive discipline, talent management, talent acquisition, and employee development

Skills and Qualifications Needed to Get the Job Done:
At least 5+ years experience in a similar HR role. Ideally a minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of local labour laws and ability to interpret, articulate, and apply related legislation
Excellent follow-up skills and ability to build solid collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
