Now you’re talking…but what’s in it for me?The opportunity to work in a growing organisation that is incredibly passionate about serving its markets and being the best in class. They’re an established business having grown from a small start-up consultancy 10 years ago, to an award-winning player in their field - This is a great time to join! They’re continuing their journey of growth, not only in terms of size, but also culture and organisational development – The role will be responsible for driving forward with existing projects including (but not limited to), Employer Brand, Talent Attraction & Development, Learning, Reward, DE&I, People Ops & Employee Relations.Yep, I’m sold! So now tell me what’s required…They’re looking for great all-rounder, someone who is used to working with senior stakeholders; giving guidance & support has the People acumen to know when / where to set up processes where required, can improve upon what’s already in place, & be the go-to People person within the organisation. You’ll need to be able to work at pace, spin plates & understand SME nuances, yet also how to support a range of stakeholder groups; such as creative, commercial & finance. You’ll also have coached management and hopefully even partnered with exec teams. You’ll be flexible, agile & able to work with independently but collaborate as part of a wider senior team. This is a hybrid role, minimum 3 days in (2 days in new Camberley office/ 1 day in WC1 office) so might work better for a SW London / M3 corridor resident in terms of commute.
