Ready to work with purpose? Look no further; we are hiring a motivated Human Resources Director to join our Loughborough team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with UK senior management to drive a people excellence platform – focusing on talent, culture, and engagement.
  • Develop policies and procedures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for Kindeva’s UK manufacturing sites.
  • In partnership with Kindeva HR Centers of Excellence, lead critical engagements across performance management processes, total rewards, market management across salary reviews, and benefits for the UK.
  • Responsible for expanding current HR strategic programs such as talent management, annual employee engagement surveys, and rewards & recognition programs across the UK sites. Encourage a workplace environment that values teamwork and fosters collaboration, acknowledge and reward staff contributions, and develop strategies to drive employee engagement.
  • Motivate team performance and professional development, develop skilled managers and mentors, and exercise sound judgment in hiring, promoting, transferring, and terminating staff.
  • Respond to and investigate employee grievances and conflicts, working closely with all parties involved.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years as an HR business partner with experience engaging with site and corporate leadership teams.
  • International HR management in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
  • Proven record of success in developing and maintaining effective working relationships and partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Prior success in creating a solid and effective HR operational platform that is responsive to organizational needs and priorities and delivers superior customer service in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in all HR functions, including labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, human resource information systems, and project management.
  • Guidance to internal clients, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and the ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations and settings.
  • Knowledge of UK laws in the country and ability to research and advise on Laws and regulations affecting HR practices in their areas of responsibility.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
