Hunter Adams is dleighted to be supporting our client, Aberdeen Performing Arts, with sourcing an enthusiastic and driven People Coordinator to assist their Head of People and Culture with delivering a highly engaging employee experience. The People Coordinator will be responsible for providing high quality and accurate first-line support and guidance to employees and managers, and undertake all HR administration/coordination duties.
In this role you will :
Be responsible for all administration activities relating to the full employee life cycle including production of job offers, employment contracts, variations of contracts and associated paperwork
Maintain acurate and up to date all people related data on the HRIS
Manage the administration processes to support witht the onboarding of new employees
Provide administration support for HR activities and projects including recruitment, absence reporting, leave entitlements, training, learning and development, and internal communications
Assist with the creation, review and maintenance of policies and procedures
Maintain and coordinate learning and development records, coordinating training courses and learning opportunities
Provide data, insights and reporting to support decision making for managers, leadership team and board
As People Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an engaging and quality service. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of how to create a fantastic people experience, have great communication skills, and be particularly interested in how to create a fantastic people experience.
