HR Business Partner
Hybrid – 1 or 2 days a week at site (South – commutable locations include Oxford, Cambridge, London, Bristol)
£60-65k + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Our client is keen to attract a talented HR generalist with exceptional senior stakeholder partnership skills to join their incredible business. With a global footprint our clients business has gone from strength to strength and they now require a strong HR Business Partner to work within their southern operation. Reporting in to the People Director your remit will be truly broad with exposure to key senior stake holders across the region. This role is pivotal in driving the performance and capability of our clients regional teams, ensuring alignment with overall business and people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Regional Senior Leader to develop a high-performing regional team
Establish strong relationships with key Business Leaders
Understand business needs and provide tailored guidance to Business Leaders.
Develop commercial insights into regions and client groups to offer customised and effective advice.
Collaborate with Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners on workforce planning and, future talent attraction.
Collaborate on key change projects, providing strategic and operational guidance.
Performance management
Management of employee relations case load, offering expert advice to minimise business risk.
Use MI to understand employee trends, address issues, and provide informed reports
New starter onboarding
Our client is keen to attract a suitably experienced HR Generalist with demonstratable experience partnering Senior Leaders within a people focused organisation. Its likely you are already a tenured Business Partner with excellent up to date HR Legislation knowledge, CIPD Level 5 is preferred.
