HR Business Partner - MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a HR Business Partner on a 6-Month FTC project basis to join a leading consumer brand, based in London. Working in partnership with senior business leaders, the successful candidate will develop, influence and support on a number of HR projects and initiatives for the business, identifying people requirements and building solutions and programmes of work to meet local and organisational priorities.
Role:
Lead on strategic HR initiatives in addition to providing day to day operational HR support and advice.
Ensure that managers are working within HR policies and processes and applying best practice.
Lead on and contribute to a variety of HR projects and initiatives, including restructures.
Develop, implement and continuously improve the People strategy in line with long-term business plans.
Issue Employee Relations advice and guidance in line with HR policy and procedures.
Skills:
Previous experience in a HR Business Partnering position.
Experience working within a blended HR business partnering model, dealing with a broad range of strategic, transactional and operational HR issues.
Experience leading on end-to-end HR change and transformation projects.
Experienced user of HR Information Systems.
Strong communication skills and a high level of written communication.
