HR Business Partner
Are you a commercial HRBP with exposure to supporting domestic and foreign markets? Do you have strong stakeholder management exposure, with the ability to navigate a complex matrix organisation? Are you a collaborative HR Leader, that can lead through periods of ambiguity and change with critical thinking ability?
MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a Global Drinks Manufacturing business on the search for a HR Business Partner. This is a permanent role based in United Kingdom. As the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a domestic external business unit that supports the company’s goals and values. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives, fostering strategic HR partnerships, and championing end-to-end talent development within these key markets. They will have a solid understanding of local and supporting markets, alongside a solid background in navigating complex global matrix structures.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand organizational objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive alignment between business goals and HR initiatives.
Develop and implement tailored HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business success.
Lead and support transformational initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence, organizational agility, and cultural transformation within the NI and ROI markets.
Identify areas for process improvement and change management, partnering with key stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.
Drive change initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptability.
Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop comprehensive talent management strategies.
Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs to build leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and drive performance.
Facilitate succession planning, career development initiatives, and performance management processes to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnering in a global matrix environment.
Solid understanding of local and global consumer markets, with a demonstrated ability to translate market insights into HR strategies.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to effectively navigate complex organizational structures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Relevant HR certifications.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
