Interim HR Change Partner, Northwest, c£55,000 plus excellent benefits, 6 month fixed term contract.
Our client is a large, leading organisation with an impressive brand and reputation, due to an exciting period of change, they are now looking for an experienced HR Change Partner to join their team for a period of 6 months.
As HR Change Partner you will report into and work very closely with the People Director and will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational support to senior managers across the business. A generalist with a real flair for change, you will support on a variety of HR projects, leading on all M&A and TUPE activity, leading a full review and integration of terms and conditions whilst working with the wider HR team to help provide advice and support on day-to-day HR activity.
An engaging, proactive HR Business Partner, you are a team player and will have the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, have a proven track record of successfully implementing change and commercially adding value ideally gained from your time within a customer facing, multi-site organisation.
