Our manufacturing client is looking for a HR Business Partner
Our manufacturing client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their intimate but powerful HR Team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their organisation by leading the development of leadership capability and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You will collaborate closely with functional Directors, building strong relationships to drive the HR agenda and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and evolution of the Talent Management strategy to enhance leader and line manager capability and succession management.
Develop a robust learning environment to facilitate cross-disciplinary skills development.
Identify skills gaps and develop proactive plans to support skills and competency development.
Implement core and advanced STEM skills plans to meet evolving business needs.
Develop attraction and retention strategies such as career paths, reward, and engagement.
Support organisational transformation projects to foster a high-performance culture.
Provide coaching and support to Line Managers to cultivate a high-performing culture.
Act as the HR Business Partner for functions, implementing broad HR plans and acting as a trusted advisor.
Create and implement future talent programs such as apprenticeship and graduate programs.
Implement workstreams to increase diversity within the organization.
Lead employee relations issues, applying professional judgment and best practices.
Collaborate with the Operations HR Business Partner to ensure a customer-focused, data-driven HR service.
Lead functional pay and reward strategy, ensuring adherence to equal pay requirements.
Utilise HRIS for data-driven decision making and compliance with UK GDPR requirements.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for capability development and future skills requirements.
Person Specification:
Experience in senior HR roles within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record in talent development and organizational capability building. Strong decision-making skills and ability to analyse data effectively. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization. High level of PC literacy and HR Information Systems proficiency. Key competencies include driving results, decision quality, collaboration, and courage.
