Senior HR Business Partner
My client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their UK team and play a pivotal role in supporting our employee relations, case management, and performance advisory functions.
12-Month FTC x 2
Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations and Case Management:
Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct thorough and objective case management, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal compliance.
Provide guidance to managers on conflict resolution and proactive management of workplace issues.
Performance Management:
Partner with managers to develop and implement effective performance improvement plans.
Conduct regular reviews of team and individual performance, offering insights and recommendations.
Advise on talent development initiatives and succession planning to enhance overall team performance.
Advisory Role:
Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for employee engagement.
