Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description:
A successful financial services business based in Liverpool is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their HR department. Working closely with the Head of HR, this role is an operational HR position with scope to work on the implementation of the HR strategy.
Duties include:
Supporting the business on ER cases
Supporting the managers on ER cases and developing and coaching in this area
Leading and contributing to the development and implementation of best practice HR solutions and monitoring ongoing performance
Contributing to the assessment and improvement of HR policy and practice
Working on various HR projects
This is a true generalist position. To be considered, you should be working as a Senior HR Advisor or in a similar role and looking to step up into an HRBP position. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing, successful business going through an exciting time. This position is based in Liverpool with travel to Haydock and involves working 4 days a week in the office.
