HR Business Partner
FTE £62,500 – Part-time role of 30 hours, pro rata salary £50,000
Location: Derbyshire – Hybrid (2-3 days on site, 2-3 days at home)
Duration: 12 month FTC
Are you an experienced corporate functions HR Business Partner with experience partnering teams going through huge amounts of change? Do you enjoy truly generalist HR Business Partner roles that encompass everything from Recruitment to ER to partnering with the CFO, while delivering the wider people strategy?
I am fortunate enough to be working exclusively with a large business based in Derbyshire to source a HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC. This role will be aligned to corporate functions business units and will involve partnering with key senior stakeholders such as the CFO. You will be working with an area of the business going through significant change, helping people navigate and accept these changes by coaching and challenging where necessary.
This role will also involve managing recruitment for your business area, working with stakeholders to define job roles and running direct campaigns or partnering with agencies to fulfill niche recruitment needs.
Role Responsibilities Include:
Partnering highly demanding senior stakeholders on their people needs
Managing a period of change; coaching and challenging stakeholders to support the business through this change
Leading on complex Employee Relations cases for your business area
Managing both direct recruitment campaigns and agency searches for various recruitment needs
Delivering the wider HR strategy across the corporate functions area
Championing Wellbeing, DE&I, Engagement, and Retention
Working in partnership with other HR Business Partners to collaborate where possible and work as a cohesive team
