As a HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in the delivery of effective and pragmatic people solutions to ensure the needs of the businesses and its people are reflected to support change and growth within the Group.Working within a team of fellow HR professionals and alongside the senior management team, the role will involve supporting new contract bids and wins whilst undertaking the full TUPE obligations. You will provide responsive advice and support on any HR/TUPE issues across our contracts.I want to speak to candidates who not only possess the requisite HR knowledge and skills but also demonstrate a passion for making a meaningful impact on both the organization and its people. Skills/Qualifications: CIPD Qualified or relevant work experienceDemonstrable HR experience is required, preferably in the healthcare industry but that is not mandatory.Strong knowledge of HR principles, ER and TUPEProven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
