Location: Coventry
Salary: £37,000 - £44,000 per annum, 37 hours per week, hybrid (four days onsite, one day remote)

Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our client's HR team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute significantly to the HR function within a trust environment. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and HR colleagues to develop, shape, and deliver HR plans and solutions, ensuring high levels of support and statutory compliance across the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to:
Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions that support organisational objectives.
Provide:
High-level HR advice, guidance, and support across the organisation, managing risk and ensuring statutory compliance.
Conduct HR initiatives including:
Workforce planning, resourcing, talent management, employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
Develop and maintain effective relationships:
At all levels within the organisation and with external partners.
Lead on HR policy development and compliance,:
Staying informed on legal and statutory frameworks.
Manage complex HR casework, including:
Investigations and employee relations issues.
Support the development and delivery of a recruitment and onboarding strategy.
Work towards building a professional learning community focused on development and achieving potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree level education or equivalent experience. CIPD qualified at Level 5 or above, with a full driving licence and own transport (desirable: postgraduate/CIPD Level 7 qualification). Strong business acumen and ability to develop HR solutions aligned with business outcomes. Experience in an HR Business Partner or management position, ideally within an educational or academic environment. Knowledge of employment legislation, best practices in HR, and the impact of HR practices on organisational outcomes. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
