Location: York - Hybrid working available
Salary: Up to £50k
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner to join their team. As the HR Business Partner, you will work within a team of HR Business Partners to provide an effective HR service on all aspects of the People agenda.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintain effective Employee Relations processes by providing advice and guidance to effectively manage people issues.
Implement effective performance management systems to meet requirements.
Work with specific business areas to provide an effective HR service, identifying and addressing any issues that impact business priorities.
Coach and develop manager capability.
Provide support and guidance to Directors and Managers to reach appropriate decisions in line with case law and legislation.
We are looking for:
Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified or working towards.
Excellent knowledge of Employment law and legislation.
Excellent communicator, both written and vocal.
HR Generalist experience.
