JSS HR - HR Business Partner
JSS HR is delighted to be partnering with a small business in the East Midlands for an HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice and guidance to managers on all people related matters
Assist in implementing and embedding people plan in the business
Identify training needs and solutions
Ensure HR policies are up to date and reviewed regularly
Support with recruitment activity
Requirements:
CIPD qualified
Good communication skills
Proven track record at HR BP/HR Advisor level
IT literate
On offer:
Salary c. £35k+
