Job Opportunity: HR Business Partner (12-month Fixed Term Contract)
A specialist London law firm is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with other HR Business Partners on all HR matters for fee-earning employees.
Proactively develop effective working relationships with partners, heads of business services, and line managers, providing professional commercial HR advice, guidance, coaching, and support on all employee issues.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Lead and develop projects to support HR and wider firm strategies.
Key Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years HR experience, ideally gained within the legal sector.
Proven relationship management skills.
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally.
Personal impact and credibility to influence key decision-makers.
