The Job:
Job Title: HR Advisor, 3 month temp to perm
Location: London/ Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £37,000 (FTE)

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
Be a part of shaping the future of the People Team. You will play an important role in delivering on the new people plan.
Assist with key projects including a HRIS system implementation.
Act as the first port of call and advise on general employee queries, escalating to the Business Partner where necessary.
Support the attraction, recruitment and development of employees.
Assist managers with probation reviews, appraisals and recruitment.
Keeping HRIS up-to-date with relevant changes.
Collate all employee information for payroll.
Support the HR Director and HR Business Partner with Facilities duties, working closely with the Office Administrator.
What is the company looking for?
Minimum 3+ years' experience, with good Employee Relations experience and a good use of systems such as HiBob.
An eye for process improvement and an ability to help map process flows.
An interest in the Charity sector preferred
Experience providing first line advice to employees and managers.
Available immediately or on a short notice.
