We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the team as People & Culture Advisor. This role will deliver a comprehensive and professional generalist P&C service to Trinity. You will be the first point of contact for any Trinity people related issue responsible for approx 160 employees. You will drive the transformation agenda through the organisation supporting all programmes and initiatives to promote the Trinity values and support Enzen P&C activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
Assist management in conflict resolution
Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
Day to day P&C interaction with Trinity staff and first line Management.
Support Head of P&C in rolling out approved strategic programmes.
Issue of contracts of employment and conduct all governance checks
Issue of Consultancy contracts and all due diligence checks
Monthly payroll processing
First level grievance and disciplinary.
Compliance to company policies (perf rev, competencies, project assignments etc)
Annual review of policies / procedures.
Monthly measures report
Well being initiatives and absence case management
Develop new proposals to support the ongoing transformation of Trinity
Drive the people agenda through the organisation
Conduct coaching and training initiatives
Support internal and external audits
Requirements
5 years of experience in HR or related field desirable
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Can carry out Grievance / Disciplinary / Performance Improvement / Recruitment procedures
Competent in Payroll processing
CIPD qualified
