My client, a multi-disciplinary, growing recruitment company, is looking for an HR Advisor to support them with their ongoing success. With a clear career progression path mapped out to HRBP, this role is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor to get heavily involved and have their say in various different projections and initiatives. With a focus on ensuring that employees' voices are heard, this role will have a huge impact on maintaining and building the social and innovative culture of their London office.
Tasks & Duties
Partner with senior management to effectively support and develop their teams within a high-performance culture.
Advise managers on employee relations (ER) policies. Identify when issues can be resolved informally or when a formal approach is needed based on the company's policies.
Support managers to ensure sickness absence is recorded, monitored, and managed. Provide advice on long-term absence issues.
Guide managers through how to handle/the policies around the performance management process, helping to build strong individual and team performance.
Collaborate and communicate with ‘key’ departments such as Talent Acquisition and Payroll.
Conduct Family Leave meetings.
Manage starters/leavers on their HR system.
Conduct Exit Interviews.
Manage benefits, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
Consider and process flexible working requests (alongside relevant management).
Provide written correspondence with employees on all employment-related matters.
Skills & Behaviours
Self-driven and motivated.
At least 1 year of HR experience at Advisor level.
Experience as an HR professional within the Recruitment Sector.
Ability to use various methods to influence.
Process Driven.
Track record of building good relationships and credibility with business leaders based on solid commercial understanding.
Ability to guide and enable others to resolve conflict and build trust within teams.
A strong grasp of ‘best practice’ approaches.
