Working as part of a small but dynamic HR team, you will support on a multitude of tasks to ensure that the business provide a positive and rewarding employee experience.We are looking for someone who is passionate about building their career in HR, and is eager to learn and take on responsibility. You will need to be comfortable taking ownership for the payroll and HRIS and demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach. Great attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential.The role will includeAssisting with Payroll and Comps & BensActing as a key point of contact for recruitment throughout the companyManaging the starter & leaver processes including contracts, references, offer packs, onboarding plans & exit interviewsAnswering HR queries throughout the business and building relationships with managers and key stakeholdersSupporting on diverse projects and people initiativesYou will needSolid HR experience and a passion for building your career in this sector A thorough understanding of HR procedures & up to date employment legislationPrevious experience with payroll administrationSuperb communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levelsExcellent time management & organisational skillsGreat attention to detailAbility to “hit the ground running” and work under minimal supervisionKeen to build HR experience in a creative environmentThe client is hoping to start interviews immediately so please apply straight away if interested
