Alexander Lloyd - HR Advisor Position
Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organization for the recruitment of an HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The role will involve managing day-to-day operational HR matters within a specific business area, providing support to line managers in their people-related activities. The post holder will also assist the HRBP in driving cultural change, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Duties:
Provide advice, guidance, and coaching on HR issues to managers and employees, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, employee performance & development, succession planning, and culture.
Support line managers with all employee casework issues (below SMT level), including disciplinary and grievance cases, sickness absence management, and welfare concerns.
Collaborate with the Senior HRBP on corporate/local HR initiatives and projects, contributing to policy development and project work within the department.
Build relationships with colleagues across the HR Team and collaborate with Learning & Development, Recruitment, Reward, and Payroll for effective HR Advisory service delivery.
Recommend and direct the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and best HR practices.
Support Senior HRBP in succession planning, talent development, and employee transfers in accordance with TUPE regulations.
You will have/need:
TUPE experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Evidence of supporting managers with performance and capability issues
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload
CIPD Level 5 qualification
Additional Information:
Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office (Ipswich based)
Salary up to £35,000
