Home Based HR Advisors (Gloucester)
This opportunity is open to HR Advisors willing to make weekly office visits in Gloucester. Our client, dedicated to supporting individuals with special educational needs and disabilities nationwide, is seeking a full-time ER/HR Advisor to join their team. This permanent role offers the chance to collaborate with the HR team, providing advice and support to managers on various issues including probation, disciplinary matters, grievances, unplanned absences, and capability.
You will also have the opportunity to coach and train line managers to enhance their people management skills.
If you possess:
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
Extensive employee relations experience, able to manage 20+ cases weekly
Understanding of TUPE legislations
Fantastic interpersonal skills
Confidence in coaching and mentoring
Enjoy building positive relationships with managers and unions
