The CMA HR Division are working with this growing manufacturing organisation based in Hampshire to recruit a hands-on, switched-on HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, the role is to take the lead on first-line HR support for the business. They are looking for a switched-on, bright HR professional to align with the business strategy and deliver an efficient, compliant service that adds value to the company.
What will the HR Advisor role involve?
Provide guidance on operational HR and recruitment processes, including Return to Work, PIP, onboarding, offboarding, and disciplinary procedures.
Update and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance on related matters.
Support with Payroll for UK and International employees, reporting on SLAs for outsourced providers.
Dealing with external vendors on international benefits.
Support with Salary reviews and benchmarking.
Support with HRIS and process improvement as the company rolls out new HR systems.
To develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the business, advising, coaching, and supporting managers.
To support the Director of HR with projects as and when required, managing projects where appropriate.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:
Qualified to Level 5 CIPD.
5 years' experience within HR Advisory/HR Ops role.
Excellent technical HR knowledge with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business in a friendly and professional manner.
System-savvy – ability to support with new rollouts.
