Dartmouth Partners are working with a pharmaceutical research company who are looking for an HR Generalist to join their London Office. This is an excellent opportunity to manage the delivery in UK HR services across the business whilst working closely with the HR Director to support on global projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Comprehensive HR Service: Equip managers and employees with best practices to drive exceptional performance.
Legal Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, minimizing risks and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Coaching and Action Planning: Challenge management teams, learn from experiences, and implement robust action plans.
Employee Absence Management: Support managers in monitoring and addressing employee absence.
Strategic Support: Advise management on culture, performance, staff engagement, and talent management strategies.
Performance Development Reviews (PDRs): Promote PDR processes and accurate recording.
Learning and Development: Lead initiatives to meet learning needs across the organization.
Global Projects: Collaborate with the Senior HR Director on regional and global projects.
KPI Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly reports.
