Job Description
Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Manchester
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for fostering positive workplace environments? Do you thrive in providing strategic HR advice and support? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an HR Advisor in the vibrant city of Manchester.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to conducting interviews. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular check-ins, and performance reviews.
Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support decision-making. Prepare regular reports for management on key HR indicators.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels within the organization.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
