Role Overview
Hunter Adams is delighted to support our client in the telecoms industry to attract an HR Advisor to provide full, generalist HR duties to the organisation across multiple sites. You will act as the first point of contact for both employee and management queries ensuring an efficient and clear approach resulting in swift resolution. This role is fast-paced so would suit someone with excellent attention to detail with the ability to offer a high quality of HR support in a timely manner. The role is diverse and challenging so no two days will be the same, and you will play a massive part in supporting the Head of Department. You will also have exposure to critical projects while getting involved with complex employee relations tasks.
Responsibilities
Support full employee lifecycle activities including recruitment and attraction, and transactional ER activities
Case management activities including grievances, investigations, and tribunals
Support stakeholders with HR best practice including policy review and comprehension
Ensure compliance is maintained in line with organizational policies and procedures
Support complex and time-critical projects
Keep an active and solid understanding of employment law changes to assist in the creation and constant development of policies, procedures, and promoting best practice
Generate data and analytics for departmental review and analysis
Coach and support junior members of the team and deputize for the team supervisor when required
A bit about you:
Ideally CIPD qualified
Comfortable working on-site five days a week
A passion for complex employee relations cases
Have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and practice
Flexible and agile based on business needs
