HR Advisor West Midlands (2 days a month in office)
Up to £33,000 Full time & Permanent
Our West Midlands client provides specialist services across Education & Care and is looking to strengthen their HR team, which predominantly handles employee relations cases. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, as a HR Advisor, your duty is to provide HR advice across multiple sites, acting as the first point of contact for handling general inquiries to complex ER cases.
Day to day duties include:
Adhering to regulatory framework and providing HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
High volume case management
Supporting and coaching managers through employee relations matters and change management activities such as redundancy, TUPE & any other organizational change situations
Maintaining HR records
Collating and presenting HR KPIs and metrics relating to sickness absence, performance capability & other key areas
Working to targets and SLAs on all cases
This is a full-time permanent position with flexible working hours between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This role is predominantly home-based with twice-monthly site days in the West Midlands.
For this role, we are looking for a HR Advisor who is used to working in high-volume, fast-paced environments and has experience handling employee relations cases end-to-end independently. You will ideally hold a CIPD qualification or be working towards one with up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of UK employment law. You will be confident in supporting and coaching managers through employee relations matters and either have experience in a regulatory environment or the ability to learn new policies quickly. You will also be experienced in collating and presenting HR KPIs and metrics across the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR advisor to manage high-volume employee relations cases and progress their knowledge in employment law.
