Human Resources Advisor (Part time) - £30,000-£35,000 (pro rata) - Stourport-on-Severn.



My client is a privately owned manufacturing company, who have been established over 50 years ago and is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers in their field.



Due to their continued growth, they are now seeking part time HR Officer / HR Advisor, you will be providing support across the full employee lifecycle, ideally you will have experience of working within manufacturing.



The duties for the HR Officer / HR Advisor will vary from; -




  • Inductions, including development of new corporate induction and running inductions each week

  • Supporting requests from payroll

  • Weekly preparation of time and attendance information for payroll

  • Recruitment Administration - Writing job descriptions, placing advertisements, updating Company website and jobs boards, arranging interviews.  Producing job offers and issuing contracts 

  • Conducting right to work checks

  • Disciplinary / Grievance Minutes, return to Work Interviews and absence monitoring

  • Exit Interviews

  • Updating and supporting managers with training matrices

  • Supporting requests from payroll, weekly preparation of time and attendance information for payroll



The requirements of the HR Officer / HR Advisor : -




  • CIPD qualified or working towards being qualified

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong IT skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a friendly and supportive team

  • Experience in working within manufacturing.
