A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator looking for a
12-month fixed term contract
in Watford ( on-site presence required ).

What does the role look like?
Managing a bustling HR mailbox and handling incoming correspondence efficiently.
Maintaining accurate records in the departments paperless document management system.
Generating insightful reports from the HR system using advanced Excel functions like formulas and VLOOKUP.
Ensuring strict adherence to legal requirements, particularly GDPR compliance.
Identifying and escalating complex issues as needed.
Offering assistance to team members when required.
Taking ownership of your work, ensuring precision and high output levels.
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically within an HR setting.
Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Dedication to delivering excellent customer service to our managers.
Impeccable organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Team player mentality with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong ability to manage and prioritise workload, handling large volumes of data effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for phone conversations and letter writing.
