Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. This includes personal information, contracts, and benefits.
Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes efficiently.
Support the people team with their day-to-day admin tasks and answer HR-related queries from employees courteously.
Maintain HR files and documentation systematically.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops effectively.
Stay informed about employment legislation and company policies.
Your role will involve assisting in policy implementation and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in HR administration is preferred.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
