Change Specialist
About the role
As a Change Specialist, you will be supporting all of the change partners on the redundancy/restructuring project and working alongside helping fill out tracker logs, updating systems, responding to queries about settlement agreements, and liaising with solicitors.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit to join their team. Please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role between 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must haves:
HR Admin or HR Assistant experience
Level HR experience
Attention to detail to liaise with people at good levels
Resilient
Key responsibilities
Working alongside the change partners supporting them on the redundancies/restructuring project
Helping with the tracker logs and updating the logs
Providing information around redundancies and inputting the data into the systems
Responding to queries about settlement agreements
Liaising and updating solicitors
Presenting data back to people who have requested information on voluntary redundancies
What’s in it for you?
Our client loves to reward their people for doing a great job. This is a 26-week contract. A day rate, in-scope IR35, £175.00 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company) or £160.00 a day PAYE. This role provides hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Reading.
