Job Description:
An award-winning PR agency based in Central Manchester is looking for a temporary HR Advisor or HR Administrator to join their thriving HR team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide generalist HR support to the agency.
Responsible for maintaining accurate HR and staff records, generating reports, and assisting with project work.
Handle day-to-day questions and queries from teams.
Manage Recruitment & Induction processes, including administration and logistics, and develop a network of recruiters.
Administer Reward, Remuneration, and Retention processes, ensuring employees are aware of benefits and benchmarking annually.
Organize Learning and Career Development activities, including the Career Development Review process and coordinating 360 feedback.
Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and HR best practices.
Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures consistently across the agency.
Develop a detailed understanding of the agency's HR processes, industry trends, innovations, and challenges.
Provide counsel on simple employee relations issues while maintaining colleague confidentiality.
Build relationships with account teams, suppliers, and recruiters, and communicate confidently with them.
Support team development by offering help and assistance to colleagues and providing on-the-job training.
Competently use HR tools, databases, and IT systems used in the agency.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have previous HR Advisor experience, although HR Administrator candidates will be considered for the right fit.
