As a Human Resources Adminstrator you will:
Support and assist with the planning and execution of HR Programmes such as Oracle’s Work Experience and Intern programme
Be involved in the recruitment process for Oracle’s Intern Programme
Assist the HR Central Team with the induction process, helping to onboard new employees as they begin their journies at Oracle
Get to join and get involved with a variety of diversity groups within Oracle.
Support the wider HR organisation with projects and programmes
Kickstart Human Resources Administrator essential skills, experience and qualifications:
A willingness to learn and develop
Enthusatic and keen to get involved in a variety of projects
Good communication and organisation skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
PC Literacy: good understanding of the Microsoft suite, especially excel and word
Able to handle and co-ordinate a multitude of tasks and prioritise workload
The role will report into the UK HR Business Director but will work with other colleagues within the Human Resources Department
